BEST Foundation is the largest speech and debate organization in Eastern Europe. We promote creative and democratic self-expression through speech and debate competitions. We also promote civic engagement among youth through our Student Leaders program.
This event is a competition for students in Bulgarian high schools, accompanied by their coaches and chaperones.
